Shipping & Returns

We are currently only shipping within Australia. If you are based overseas please send us an email to hello@nightwoodscrystals.com.au and we will try to assist.

Shipping is a $10 flat rate for standard shipping, or free for orders over $100.

 

We also offer free pickup for customers based in Brisbane or the surrounds, just enter the code: PICKUP checkout and we will email you the location to collect in Moorooka, QLD.

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order is shipped we will provide a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking details. We note there may be some delays during busy periods such as Christmas.

Upon receiving your order please check the product for any damage and contact us straight away.

All  returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. All products must be unused and in a resalable condition with the original packaging. Email hello@nightwoodscrystals.com.au with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that the shipping costs for return/exchanges are at customer's own expense (unless goods have been damaged in transit).

Once payment has been made it is understood that you have read and accepted the terms noted above.
